Main Hangar Rental Information - 2008

Package prices for the rental of Pearson Air Museum are for up to seven hours including, two hours for your event setup, four hours for your event and one hour for take down. Additional hours can be purchased on a per hour basis.

Rental Package Pricing
  • $770 for up to 100 people in attendance without moving planes.
  • $900 for up to 100 people in attendance with a plane move.
  • $1,000 for 101 to 200 people in attendance without moving planes - 10 table limit.
  • $1,645 for 101 to 250 people in attendance.
  • $1,960 for 251 to 432 people in attendance.
The facility rental fee is required in full, one month prior to the event. A $150.00 per hour charge will be applied for each hour or part of an hour in excess of the four (4) hour rental.

A damage/hold the date deposit of $500.00 will be due upon acceptance of this agreement. Damage to the facility, its contents, exhibits, or fixtures during the rental are the renter's responsibility. A dollar amount equal to the amount of damage caused by you, your guests, or your contractors will be deducted from your damage deposit. In the event there is no damage, this amount will be refunded by mail within 30 business days following your event.

If hard liquor or spirits are being served, a non-refundable fee of $500.00 will be added to the facility rental charge for groups of 200 persons or more, or at the discretion of museum management. This fee is payable in full, one month prior to your event and is specifically used for the hiring of a temporary security officer who will be present throughout your event.

The event rental includes use of the facility (main gallery and mezzanine) by your guests and installation and use of the public address system.
  • Other arrangements including linens, table settings, substantial cleanup, liquor licensing, decorations, entertainment, refreshments, and food service are your responsibility.
  • The Pearson Air Museum (PAM) does not allow on its premises:
    • Red fruit punch and colored cake frosting which can stain rugs and furniture.
    • Kegs - bottled or canned beer is acceptable.
    • Confetti of any type.
    • Use of candles, open fires, fireworks or other flame producing devices excluding those used as food warmers.
    • Touching, climbing, or sitting on, or otherwise handling Museum exhibits and aircraft.
    • Behavior and conduct that is disruptive, dangerous or otherwise un-acceptable to PAM, including public drunkenness or fighting.
    • Releasing animals, birds or bugs inside the buildings.
  • Each rental includes two hours before for setup, and one hour after for take down of your event.
  • Prices may be subject to change.
  • PAM has a list of Approved Caterers. Please advise us of your selection of caterers, entertainers or other contractors so that we may be of assistance to them.
  • Inclement weather may necessitate changes in set up of the facility.
  • We require a floor plan at two weeks in advance of your planned event.
  • Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within 30 days of your event PAM will retain your damage/hold the date deposit as liquidated damages.
PAM reserves the right to conduct other events and activities concurrent with your event at its discretion. PAM will coordinate its other events and activities so as not to unreasonably interfere with your event(s)
