Welcome to Pearson Air Museum's "official" website.

The Pearson Air Museum is located right on Pearson Field, one of the nation's oldest operating airfields. At Pearson you will learn about all the aviation milestones that have occurred at this small Vancouver field since 1905. Step into our pre-WW II Army Air Corps hangars and immerse yourself in Pacific Northwest aviation history!

At Pearson Air Museum you'll experience the "Golden Age of Aviation," when flying was new to the world and those who flew in open cockpit aircraft, with the wind in their faces, were the ultimate daredevils! Enter the museum and you enter a world of wild barnstormers, experimental aircraft, and aces of World War I and II.
  • Check out the world's first bomber!
  • Visit the flight simulator room and experience flying without ever leaving the ground!
  • Enjoy America's second oldest wooden hangar built in 1918!
  • View priceless Russian Transpolar Flight memorabilia!
  • Watch an aviation movie of your choice in our theatre!
  • Shop the Pearson Air Museum gift shop for one of a kind souvenirs and mementoes of your visit to this historic field!
